When the Coordinator of the Graphic Design Program (Ron Beltrame, R.G.D.) told me he was working with Tom Waits' agent to have Tom's lyrics for "Step Right Up" made into a illustrated poster—considering Tom Waits is one of my favourite performers—I was all-in.

The idea is to sell a limited edition silk-screen to raise money for—and promote—the Art and Design Programs in Sudbury. To accomplish this goal, Graduates and Alumni of the Graphic Design Program were asked to illustrate two assigned sections of lyrics, using an assigned colour scheme and 1950's vintage-sign style.
